PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING:
- All appointments MUST be booked through the site. For after hour appointments reach out to me I may be available.
- TEXT number only for questions pertaining to a BOOKED appointment.
- Please be sure to enter the correct email and phone number, in case I need to get in contact with you. If your contact information is incorrect, your appointment will be canceled unless we get in touch.
- Please be mindful of my time and others and arrive on time to your appointment- after 10 mins you’ll be charge a $10 late fee, at 20 mins your appointment is automatically cancelled unless you’ve spoken to me directly.
- Please come with your hair ready for an install if you did not book with a take down or wash/dry add on.
- When booking if dropping off before appointment day choose styling under "Add-Ons” (freestyle, curls, straight , crimps & wig cleaning) so wig is install ready for day of appointment.
- If reusing bundles please be sure hair is clean of thread and ready for install wetness is fine.
- ALL units (NEW or USED) can be dropped off 1-2 days before scheduled appointment but early drop offs isn’t mandatory .
- Please send videos/pictures etc when booking if you have questions about your lace , wig, or bundles if purchased from the Beauty Supply Store, AliExpress or Amazon.
- For USED wigs or lace if you have any questions or concerns please send a video or pictures within 48 hours after booking.
- Last minute same day appointments $25 EXTRA fee

DEPOSITS:
- $10 deposit is REQUIRED to book an appointment and must be paid via booking site , CASH drop off , Zelle or Cashapp $zyeraaaaaaa (Slayedby.Xotic). It will go towards your total.
- Once your appointment is booked and confirmation is received you have 24 hrs to send your deposit if not paid through site or your appointment will be cancelled.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS but does go towards your service unless you cancel it will be returned to you or put to another appt.
- Deposits will only be credited towards ONE rescheduled date.
What kind of hair or lace do I need?
Any 100% human hair is fine with me it’s the lace that’s makes the install. Avoid any grey-ish, thick or hard lace. I’ll work with anything you bring just contact me if concerned.
